At Sticky Spoon, we have an odd schedule; many 5 am starts and quite a few very late nights at work every week. We are not complaining though, we like our jam life. It just means that when we don't have to set an alarm and rush off before the sun wakes up, we like to make a small celebration of breakfasts at home; toast and coffee seems too plain on those days. Today's leisurely brunch was Buttermilk Quinoa Pancakes with Poppy Seeds, Lemon and our Red Raspberry Jam. Yuuuum. What's your favourite brunch?
